What this covers
This policy covers ebotm42.com, the website of Ebot Campaign Technologies. Work we do for clients is covered by our agreement with each client, and client data stays in accounts the client controls.
What we collect
When you send a note through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organization if you give one, and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to talk about the work you asked about.
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, does not run third-party analytics, and does not build profiles of visitors. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and to keep the site running.
Where it is kept
Contact notes are stored in a private database on Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and a copy is emailed to our inbox so we can reply. Only Ebot can read them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with campaigns, vendors or data brokers. We share it only with the service providers that run the site and our email, and only so they can do that, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact notes for as long as we need them to follow up and keep a record of the conversation, and no longer than two years unless we start working together.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what you sent us at any time. Email ebotm42@gmail.com and we will take care of it within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
